DESIGN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
By engaging in a working agreement with Creative Fusion Art Studio, you agree with the studio policies outlined as follows:
CURRENCY
All prices listed on our website are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and US Dollars (USD). To convert the equivalent amount in your local currency, please utilize Google’s Currency Converter.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is mandatory prior to the commencement of any design work. The remaining 50% is payable upon project approval and before the final design package is delivered. An initial deposit invoice will be sent via email at the start of the project.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We offer two payment methods: Republic Bank Ltd and RBC Royal Bank for our Trinidadian clients. MoneyGram for online wire transfers, catering to our US-based clients. Kindly forward your payment receipts to hello@creativefusionstudio.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests may be made at any time; however, please be aware that refunds may not be granted, contingent upon the progress of the work completed.
COMMUNICATION
All communications are to be conducted via email, ensuring efficient coordination between clients and our team. Follow-up sessions and feedback discussions are scheduled and done using Google Meet. All phone conversations will be recorded for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes.
REVISIONS
Each project will stipulate the number of included revisions. After the first three(3) FREE revisions, additional revisions will incur an hourly rate, to be quoted based on the specific design service.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and on our website after Artwork is made public by the client. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
Once full payment is made by the Client, there will be an automatic transfer of rights for the final Artwork produced, including licenses, intellectual property, raw files and images, mockups, and final product output. However, unless mutually agreed upon in written consent signed by both parties, Creative Fusion Art Studio retains the right to showcase Artwork on online and printed media for portfolio projects and credit as deemed appropriate.
The studio will not be held accountable for any changes made to claims, demands, and/or actions, including the costs thereof, arising as a result of the reproduction of the Artwork provided by the studio, once the copyright is transferred.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The studio holds no responsibility towards the Client in the event that the delivered work does not align with the client’s desired results.
TERMINATION
The project may be terminated by either party upon providing written notice at least 30 days before the specified termination date. Immediate termination may occur if either party breaches the terms of the agreement. Upon termination, all fees and reimbursements shall be paid and provided to the studio as they have accrued up to the date of termination.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Each project adheres to a timeline with estimated start and completion dates. Timely responses to revision requests are appreciated once a project is underway. A project will be deemed abandoned if no communication is received within 30 days. In such cases, the client will not have the right to use any presented work unless the project has been fully paid for. If the client reengages after the 30-day abandonment period, a start-up fee may apply.
CONTRACT WITH CREATIVE FUSION ART STUDIO
By entering into a project with Creative Fusion Art Studio, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. A copy of this contract will be forwarded via email before the commencement of work.
*Creative Fusion Art Studio reserves the right to amend or update its design policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
